anamariarig.com is a digital education platform operated by Anamaria Rigvava, a content creator based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We offer online courses delivered via video, written materials, and supplementary resources. Access to course content is granted upon successful purchase and is subject to the terms below.

2. User Obligations

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to:

• Not share your account access with third parties

3. Payment Terms

Prices are listed and charged in Georgian Lari (GEL). Payment is processed by TBC Bank through their secure hosted payment page; we do not store your card details. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy for the full rule and the narrow technical-issue exception. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Download, record, or copy video content by any means
• Share login credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Upload course content to third-party platforms
• Use the Site to infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law
• Impersonate Anamaria Rigvava or misrepresent your affiliation with the platform
• Capture, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce video, audio, or written course material in any format
• Re-upload, mirror, stream, or redistribute any portion of the course — including short clips, screenshots, or excerpts — on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, file-sharing services, or any other platform

Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination without refund. Course videos are watermarked with your account identifier; leaked content is traceable to the originating account.

Copyright Enforcement & DMCA

All course content — including video, audio, written materials, and design — is the exclusive copyrighted property of Anamaria Rigvava. We actively monitor third-party platforms for unauthorized copies and pursue takedowns under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive, and Georgian copyright law (Law of Georgia on Copyright and Neighboring Rights, 1999). Verified infringements are reported to the hosting platform, and we cooperate with platform legal teams (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Telegram) to identify uploaders. Repeat or commercial-scale infringement is referred to legal counsel for civil action, including damages and injunctive relief. 5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnamariaRig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (საქართველო), with jurisdiction in the courts of Tbilisi. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
