Refund Policy

We offer a conditional 14-Day Money Back Guarantee restricted strictly to technical failures. Because course access is granted immediately after payment, all other sales are final. By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.


1. 14-Day Limited Money-Back Guarantee (Technical Issues)

We stand by the technical quality of our platform. If you encounter a catastrophic technical issue within 14 days of your purchase (e.g., video files are persistently damaged, the platform is corrupted, or server-side errors permanently prevent access) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund.


2. What is NOT Covered (Strictly No Refunds)

Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed. Therefore, under industry standards for digital goods, we strictly DO NOT issue refunds for the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want or need the course after purchasing.
  2. Personal preference: Claiming the course "isn't for you," you "don't like the teaching style," or the content doesn't meet your subjective expectations.
  3. Lack of time: Realizing you do not have the time or energy to study or implement the material.

3. How to Request a Technical Refund

To claim a refund under the technical issue guarantee, you must email info@anamariarig.com within 14 days of purchase. You must include your account email, a detailed description of the technical failure, and screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the issue. Our technical team will investigate. If it is an unresolvable platform failure on our end, the refund will be granted.


4. Chargebacks & Fraud

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer to bypass this policy, your course access will be revoked immediately. We will submit your account access logs, IP address, and consumption history to the bank as proof of delivery to dispute the chargeback. We reserve the right to ban accounts associated with fraudulent disputes.


5. Currency and Payment

All prices are displayed and charged in Georgian Lari (GEL). Payment is processed securely by Flitt. We do not store your card details at any point.
