Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Purchases of any course tier (Start or Pro) are final and non-refundable from the moment payment is confirmed. This applies to both pre-order purchases and standard-pricing purchases. There is no money-back guarantee and no cooling-off period.

2. Why

Digital course content is delivered in full upon successful payment:

1. Pre-order: your pre-order locks in the lower price and your seat for the launch cohort. For questions, contact info@anamariarig.com.
2. Once the course launches, content is unlocked progressively — please review the curriculum and tier comparison on the course page before purchase.
3. The pricing page clearly displays the price, what is included in each tier, and the language of instruction (Georgian).

We strongly encourage prospective students to read the FAQ, watch the intro video, and confirm the course fits their goals before purchasing.

3. Exception: Technical Issues

If you are unable to access course content due to a verified technical issue on our side — and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time — we will issue a refund. Verified technical issues do not include: a change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, lack of time to study, lost login credentials that can be reset, or device incompatibility you did not raise with us before purchase.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, your course access will be revoked immediately upon notification from our payment provider, regardless of the chargeback outcome. We reserve the right to deny future purchases from accounts associated with disputed chargebacks.

5. Currency and Payment

All prices are displayed and charged in Georgian Lari (GEL). Payment is processed by TBC Bank through their secure hosted payment page. We do not store your card details at any point.
