anamariarig.com is a digital education platform operated by Ana Maria Rig, a content creator based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We offer online courses delivered via video, written materials, and supplementary resources. Access to course content is granted upon successful purchase and is subject to the terms below.

2. User Obligations

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not share your account access with third parties
• Use the platform only for lawful personal education purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any technical protections on course content

3. Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to video recordings, written materials, downloadable assets, graphics, and course structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ana Maria Rig. Purchase of a course grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the content for your own educational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any course material without prior written permission.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final after the 14-day refund window described in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes do not affect purchases already made.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Download, record, or copy video content by any means
• Share login credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Upload course content to third-party platforms
• Use the Site to infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law
• Impersonate Ana Maria Rig or misrepresent your affiliation with the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ana Maria Rig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (საქართველო), with jurisdiction in the courts of Tbilisi. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
