Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident purchasing from us. If the course is not right for you, we offer a straightforward money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. We do not ask for a reason. We do not require you to complete a portion of the course first. Simply send us a refund request and we will process it promptly.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Use the subject line: REFUND REQUEST
- Include the email address associated with your account
You do not need to provide a reason or explain your decision. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
4. After 14 Days
Refund requests received more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date will not be honored. All sales outside the 14-day window are final. If you are unsure whether your request is within the window, email us and we will check your purchase date.
5. Exception: Unpublished Content
If you purchased the course during pre-order and the course content has not yet been published or launched at the time of your refund request, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of how much time has passed since your purchase. Pre-order purchases are protected until course launch. We will honor refund requests in this case up until the official course launch date.
